I've got to do bedtime here but as soon as the young Birds are asleep, I'm in the mood for some tomfoolery. Please check back around 8 pm or so if you have time to spare for shenanigans. \o/

Here we go - in honour of hd_collab sign ups beginning today, let's collaborate. \o/ All of us, right here!

I've started a couple of stories below. Add a sentence or two and sit back and see what happens. Mix up genres, tropes, writing styles, pairings - switch fandom mid story if you feel like it. Artists and non-writers join in too - it's not meant to be a writing competition, it's meant to be fun and probably bloody ridiculous. If you don't feel like expressing yourself in words, gifs or sketches are totally admissable.

If the story branches off because two people reply to the same comment, just go with it! We can have multiple endings. If none of the stories here appeal, start your own by beginning a new comment thread and putting a TITLE for the story in the subject line.

Comment as many times as you like! Start different threads! Be creative! Be bold! Be silly! Be filthy! Keep it short and fast-moving if possible.

Don't be shy! Come and PLAYYYYYY! We might write a new fandom classic together! ♥ ♥ ♥

Scuba by the lovely anemonen, an illustration for the (as yet unfinished) fic Harry's new hobby, written by anemonen, birdsofshore, capitu, dicta_contrion, praevarus, and cabinetcaligari, but especially for dicta_contrion's killer line: Harry advanced, his flippers smacking sensuously against the hardwood floors.

I'm so happy this nonsensical little fest is producing genuinely fabulous things \o/

I'm sorry, I can't play again tonight. I have to catch up on some writing, but please do read through the comments - some of them are hilarious, while others are wonderfully kinky (some are hilarious AND kinky) - and carry on playing and writing as much as you like!

He opening his mouth to speak and felt his ears go read as the words tried their very hardest to stick in his throat.

Something seemed to shrivel inside him and Ron shook his head. "No. No, of course you wouldn't. Sorry. Stupid idea really."

She smiled sweetly at him. 'No Ron, I think you're totally right. You know, there is no better moment than to collect Umgubular Slashkilters, than the moment the centaurs have their period.' Her radish earrings dangled in the shine of the full moon, and Ron's heart jumped a little.

He hadn't understood a bloody word that she'd said, but he didn't care. "You think I'm right? Really?" He stood a little taller and adjusted his robes so they hung straight. "Umbuggering Slashers, you say? Well, yes. Of course."

"of course though, you must change before we go. They don't like the fabric these robes are made out of..."

'Here', she said, and gave him a large box with something inside that Ron thought, if he hadn't known better, contained something disgusting like ... like centaur placenta. 'What's that?' he asked. 'Why of course, that's centaur placenta. Have you never caught Hungbarreling Kiltslashers before?'

"Would you spit it out, Weasley?" Pansy said with a roll of her eyes. She had impossibly long lashes. "I don't have all day," she continued with a huff. "Potions starts in two minutes."

"Oh, I'm heading that way myself." Ron felt like a loon, grinning hard like that. "I'll walk you!"

He wished he could stop thinking about what Harry had told him about Slytherins being absolute demons in the sack.

He was so busy thinking, he was forgetting to keep up. And Pansy steamed ahead. Crowds seeming to part before her.

"If you don't keep up, I'll start worrying where you're looking." Pansy said sharply.

But she put an extra sway in her step as she said it.

He wondered what Pansy's favorite position was. Maybe she liked the Acromantula Twist. Or the Basilisk Bounce. Oh, no, she definitely preferred the --

Pansy stopped walking and turned to him with a sharply raised eyebrow. "What?"

It was extremely hard to control the pitch of his voice. "Er, demonstrate?"

His ears got more red by the second as Pansy stepped closer with slow, even strides.

"Yes," she said. "If it's a simple spell, surely you can demonstrate it."

"I don't know if it's a good idea to to that here, in the corridor..." Ron glanced around at the students shuffling by.

"Demonstrate what?" asked Hermione, who strode up right behind Ron and made him jump what felt like three feet.

"What are you two talking about?" Hermione asked, looking between them suspiciously.

"Oh, nothing," Pansy said. "Weasley was just telling me about a new spell he learned in Charms. Have you heard of it? It's called the Gryndelow Grind."

"Oh?" Hermione turned to Ron.

He never before wanted to get to Potions so badly.

"I know a good spell, too," Hermione said. "It's called the Foot To Balls Charm. It can be performed wandlessly, which I find very convenient."

Pansy sighed. "If you two are going to be boring, I think I'll leave you to it and get to Potions." She turned on her heel and walked away.

"Damn it, Hermione! Why did you have to butt your head in and ruin everything!"

Hermione's jaw fell open, as if he had just smacked her. "Ron, how could you be flirting with Pansy Parkinson, of all people? You know how she treated Harry in seventh year! If it were up to her, Harry would have been Nagini's dinner that night."

Ron waved his hand. "Harry's over it. He's banging Malfoy now, he doesn't care."

"Well, that's besides the point. She's horrible. And you should be ashamed of yourself." Hermione turned and stomped down the hall as well.

Ron sighed. He was never going to ask Pansy out. One thing or another had to get in the way.

He realized the hallway was suddenly lacking in students.

Damn! Now he was late for Potions! He took off at a run.
