hd_remix. I'll admit I found remix a challenge; I felt a bit inhibited about playing with someone else's work, and I couldn't get the fic to start flowing for quite a while. In the end I switched to Draco's POV and then a kinky 6k PWP whooshed out. :DD I managed to get terribly worried that ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kjp_013 would loathe it, but the mods were extremely kind in their reassurance, and, yay, kjp_013 was delightful and gracious about it.

I also wanted to thanknicevenn for the very detailed and thoughtful remix of Hungry, Famished. I was taken by surprise at how thoroughly nicevenn planted us back in the world of Hungry, this time from Draco's POV, and I loved the additions, especially to the blow job in the shower, and the delicious snippet of Theo at the end. ♥

I am quite excited. :DDD
It's a remix of Hungry, from Draco's POV, but I don't see that you need to read the original first. The writer has kept the story intact, but added beautiful details about Draco's state of mind, and a little bit of backstory for him, that really enriches it. I'm thrilled, and terribly flattered.

I just got the hd_smoochfest prompt I wanted! ♥
I did not get chucked out ofslythindor100's drabble contest yet! ♥ (I reckon it was a close thing this week). And there's a new prompt in an hour and a half.

By the way, what is the etiquette for commenting on adaptation fics / art when you are not familiar with the original? I can't really say "This looks great and I can see you've put a lot of work into it. However, I don't know any of the characters or get any of the jokes. Bye!"
Conversely, if I only comment on the ones I know about, that will be about 4 fics. O.o

Finally, you have to see this monster Lego model Hogwarts a fan made. ♥ The detail and scale of it is stunning! My boys want to know why I don't do cool stuff like that. We have had such fun looking at all the different rooms and discussing the scenes. There's going to be videos and timelapse of the set up in a week or two, so I am looking forward to getting over-excited all over again. Hooray for you too, Alice Finch, you crazy superb Lego lady!
