3. Hmm, probably Snape's obsession with Lily. I know it's important, but I think Snape should have moved on in that regard. Between being a double spy and his other responsibilities I think he needed a bit of a mental break.

5. *cringes* If I had to choose I would say Filch. I can at least pretend with someone else. I don't think my hate for Umbridge would turn into lustful thoughts.

Date: 2013-01-21 08:08 pm (UTC)2) with Neville. Right now, what I'd want to do on a holiday is sleep in and read and relax all day. If I went on holiday with Luna, we'd probably end up being chased by an erumpent or something.
3) I have no idea. I'm one of those weird people who don't really like music that much. It's embaressing.
4) I swear all the time. I say f*ck a lot. I had to be very careful, last week when I was in England, because most English swearwords are considered mild in Denmark (I think it's generally considered more polite to swear in a foreign language? Maybe so kids won't understand you). But suddenly my "mild" swering was not very polite at all, so I had to swear in danish for a few days.
5) Sirius. James is too much of a bully, Remus is a little bit too boring. Sirius is a rebellious badboy. There's really no doubt in my mind on this one.

2) We-ell, I saw some might hot Harry / Romilda the other day. But I think it's just that artist I like, rather than the pairing.
3) Her hare Patronus is really beautifully fitting, isn't it? But I'd like to see her as a bird, too. Maybe a crane?
4) Midnight, of course. Getting up before noon is for peasants.
5) Draco = Christmas, because, PRESENTS. Harry = Christmas, because SENTIMENTAL CRAP.

3) Invisibility Cloak. I'm a hermit so avoiding people is awesome. Also all the timeturners were destroyed, remember? ;)
4) Luna. No time to think needed. I have a huge platonic girl-crush on her.
5) haha. Yes they're bunny ears. Back ~10ish years ago, m-bunny was my most common nickname because I was the "muse" of a friend. By which I mean I constantly gave her bad ideas she couldn't shake. Became plotbunny (briefly) before moved to m-bunny.

No, I don't suppose it is, but in so many ways JKR wrote Luna to fit perfectly with Harry that part of me always suspected she meant for them to be together and the whole Fairy Tale idea of Harry in love with his best mate's little sister won. As we established it doesn't count, I suppose it'd be Luna/Rolf. I know next to nothing in canon about Rolf but it's a ship I ship when it comes down to it. I love reading them together.
I don't really hate any pairings, but Harry/Ginny is the one I am most reluctant to read. Obviously I've read many stories in which Harry and Ginny are together, but inevitably they end up apart. I imagine, know, actually, there are great stories in this ship, but it's really not my cup of tea. It's not a ship I'd spontaneously read.
3. I don't know. My first instinct is to say the ability to detect lies, but part of me thinks people are entitled to keep their secrets and lies until they are ready to tell you and part of me is afraid of what I'd find out if I could. The x ray thing, I dunno. Would I be able to see people without their clothes on, or more like airport x ray? ;) At any rate, I don't think I want x ray vision. I reckon it'd give me a headache. ^^
4. Luna, ♥ for sure. She's a very gentle character, you know what I mean? She doesn't push to be in the spotlight and I don't think she'd want to. She's smart and knows more than she lets on. She's brave, loyal and very strong. I think she's one of the best female characters in the whole series. Though McGonagall is a very close second!
5. I think it'd be Ron, particularly about confidence. I can be so self-conscious and insecure to the point that while trying to hide it I came across as arrogant in turn, and I know it and hate it.

Thank you for the questions. Here are my answers:
1) I think it would have to be day, because I would miss seeing the natural world by daylight, and most birds sleep at night.
2) I think Luna. Hermione is wonderful but I never really adore her like I sometimes do Luna. Narcissa is amazing but she mostly makes me feel sad and confused. I must say, I don't find the female characters as compelling as they could be, compared to the men.
But that could be because I am woefully heterosexual and just fancy the arse off half the male characters.3) I think you should just come to terms with Sirius. There's certainly worse husbands out there. I mean, I know he's dead
and in love with Remus Lupinbut he's quite saucy, and you wouldn't be bored.4) Ah, I haven't drunk alcohol for 10 years! It used to be *blush* strong cider.
5) Veelas, of COURSE. They have wings! And I'm vegetarian. Can't be doing with all that blood drinking *shudder*

As this process can take hours, I think the logic is that he can then fall straight into bed afterwards. Either that or he does it even earlier for our son to see. Parenting chez Omi is a glamourous business. I'd quite like to maintain the illuson that we could still have an evening chat and cup of something hot. Which is also glamourous, I know.
3) Percy Weasley, for two reasons. First, I'd like to know what it's like to be organised and effficient, just for one day. Two, I'd have a penis, and it would be fun having a play. Ooh, and actually, I once met a dentist who looked just like Percy and he was incredibly sexy, so yeah, if Percy was like that, why not?
4) Oh, this is a hard one, because I love fanfics that end before they dwell too much on the HEA. There may be one I'm prereading that I'd quite like to see finished though. *cough* Oh, I've got one, of course!
5) Write het forever, because I just can't imagine not writing now. It would be tastefully done though, no shattering into a million pieces and endless wet pussies. *shudder*
