This is a sneak peek from our publicity photos for the next Harry Potter event I'm organising. This one is for adults and we're planning all sorts of shenanigans for it. I'm so excited!!!



That's me, second left. The idea is that we're the modern Hogwarts professors, from 2015, and the guests are finally getting their Hogwarts letters and getting to spend a night as wizards. I'm not 100% sure what's happening in this photo... I guess we took the Knight Bus? :D

I'll try not to bore you silly with stuff about the event! It's 6 weeks away and I feel like it's really starting to come together now. <3

Oh, I do hope so! *hand wrings* I'm alternating between total fear and utter excitement. And it's only going to get worse, LOL.

I don't know about cool, I think we possibly look like deranged geeks, but hopefully Harry Potter-esque kind of deranged geeks.

My best friend Clare on the end, swinging off the bus, is just superb. She's channelling a kind of Herbology/Magical Creatures professor here, and the photographer just kept shouting, "MORE CRAZY! MORE!" :DD

Yep, I went blonde the other week. It's a WIP - they're trying to get the red out so that I can go pastel :D

The balancing loon is my bestest friend. She's amazing. There were other photos in which she appeared even more precarious and insanely happy, but the rest of us didn't look as dashing as we did in this one, so this is a compromise.

Hehehe, it's like a festival of boots! Nicky who's standing next to me in the wig, her boots were amazing, dark green and high-heeled!
