First of all, please go and leave your prompts for the fabulous hd_fanart fest! This is such a wonderful source of Harry/Draco art, but they need MORE PROMPTS. It's easy to leave an idea for the artists, as you can just use a few cue words, or whatever takes your fancy. You can even request art for your own drabbles, or a scene from one of your fics. What an amazing opportunity; I am EXCITEDDDDD

Last week omi_ohmy and I had a corking time at the theatre and she gave me the most beautiful book as an unbirthday present.



All of the birds! A curlew and godwits and a spoonbill, even! I swoon. Three of my favourite things all wrapped up in one package: birds, inky line drawings, and old books (it has a proper delicious book smell, even). Thank you, Omi! ♥

One more piece of arty beauty: isinuyasha has done possibly the ultimate Stanley art for us all to enjoy. I love his gorgeous delicate willow pattern, his little shiny eyes, and the boys' handsome faces.

I came here to show Marie your epic Stanley thing and saw this. I have never prompted in a fest ever but I was so excited I left two prompts! I'm even considering taking a prompt myself which is further proof that I am crazy.

Wow, that is terribly exciting! I can't believe you have never prompted in a fest before. It's one of my favourite things to do: you just tell people what to do, and they do them :D

I'm so glad you like the book! As soon as I saw that exact page, I knew I'd have to get you a copy of that book. And it was wonderful to see you, as always. ♥

I am also very happy about all the lovely Stanley art, it is such a wonderful spontaneous response to a fic we all loved. I think we will all end wearing little Stanley badges to recognise fellow HD shippers!

If you had the image it would be simple to take to a custom jewellery maker for this kind of style, where they paste onto MDF and varnish it?
