Not much to say about this except it is just as silly, hilarious and hot as you could hope for.

I really enjoyed this: it's not a kink I was familiar with, and I found the dynamic between Ron and Harry really interesting. It's not sexually explicit, but there is a sexual aspect to it. I enjoyed the pace, and the gentle humour, and the wonderful wrongness of Ron being all masterful while telling Harry to do the ironing. I'm making a hash of explaining the quirky appeal of this piece, but it stayed in my mind for quite a while.


I was really sad to see ile_o leaving us. I just adore her romantic and witty art. Whenever I see her name with the line through it, I want to wail, and a moment in a fic I was pre-reading today, that featured Draco with a cold, pink nose, made me feel like snivelling. I wish her all the luck in her career. ♥

This week the prompt is Levicorpus. I can't wait to read all the drabbles. I love the time scale of this contest, the challenge of writing to a prompt, and the way it compels me to write a little bit every week, even if it's only 300 words.

Finally, I am so happy with the reception my hp_kinkfest fic got. People have taken the time to write such lovely comments. Someone today said they had read it six times. O.o If I'd have known armpits were so popular, I would have maybe let myself go on a bit longer. I thought I was pushing it at 5000 words, to be honest. :D

Haha, see I think part of why it works so well is that Ron is likely to enjoy that kind of treatment because of his mum and being the youngest boy in a large family. Special service just for him is likely to stroke his ego quite nicely and I can believe his descent into loving the kink.

I think the pairing works because they're friends and they've gone through so much together that there's a high level of trust there which makes it easy to just be. :)

Yes you're right, there's a natural mutual benefit there. But you know that Ron is going to look after Harry in his own way.
