Hello, friends new and old. This is a meme so we can get to know each other a bit better (and, if last night was anything to go by, so that I have something entertaining to read at 4 am :-/) Come and comment here and I will ask you FIVE EXCITING FANDOMMY QUESTIONS. Probably.I might just ask dull stuff about your favourite cheese, or nosy things about your sex life
Or, if you are feeling shy, or are naturally the inquisitive type yourself, you can ask ME five questions.
IT'S VERY EXCITING. We can pretend we are in the Slytherin Common Room playing Truth or Dare. WHO'S GOING TO BE FIRST?

Date: 2013-01-22 09:31 pm (UTC)1) What is your favourite piece of art (RL or fandom) and why?
2) What was the last piece of music you listened to?
3) If I gave you a kitten tomorrow, what would you call it?
4) Recently my husband and I nearly died laughing after he described me as like "an espresso - short, dark, and bitter". What drink would your husband say you were?
5) What was the last real book you read? What did you think of it?

Date: 2013-01-22 10:28 pm (UTC)My favourite from hd_hols was probably this: http://hd-holidays.livejournal.com/241225.html I love it when I can see a piece in my head and think about it during the day. Those are my current main ones.
Real life arts, I have so many favourites. I love Botticelli, Crivelli, Van Eyck, Klimt, Durer... I adore Lucian Freud, and Gormley too. People seldom seem to know Harry Clarke so I will link to one of his: http://www.1st-art-gallery.com/thumbnail/133843/1/The-New-One-Is-The-Most-Beautiful-Of-All,-Illustration-For-$27the-Ugly-Duckling$27-From-Fairy-Tales.jpg (apologies for ugly links btw)
3) I would call it "Take That Thing Back Right Now". God, I really don't want a kitten or any pet. Probably ever. They break your heart and I haven't got time. Sorry.
4) LOL! Maybe a Guinness - strange and thick ;-)
5) It's not a novel but I read Benrik's 'This Book Will Change Your Life". I thought it was great and I was totally going to follow the book and do all the tasks until I got to the day where it said "Go into a police station and say 'I am finally turning myself in ', then refuse to speak for the day." :-o I felt that was an adventure I could live without having.
