Right, I've finally had time to get my hands on this, and I can tell you this was the highlight of an otherwise rather shitty day. :)
Once again, I'm in love with this story and these characters. It might be a little bit weird to say that, but I admire the fact that yes, it's basically 5k about wanking, but it's far more than that. Because in amongst the hotness of the whole thing (and boy, can you write smut!!!) Albus's characterisation is flawless and the story is once again much more complex and deep than it seems. :)
God, I love Albus's pining, his longing for Draco, but also his insecurities, his guilt (and that was just beautiful just how much he loves and admires Harry!) He's just so sweet and perfect, so absolutely perfect. I also love how we are to witness him slowly becoming a man, an adult, someone who loses his innocence little by little (in more ways than one). I also love his moral qualms about being 'in love' with someone with a 'dark' past like Draco. I love that he questions that too, that not everything is all that easy and simple in his head. Even when he's alone like that, (even though Draco is indeed very present in the story), it's very easy to understand what attracts Draco to him.
Anyway, I'm really very tired tonight, so I might not make much sense, but that was brilliant, as usual. Thank you so much, for writing this, it's a real breath of fresh air, and it's so wonderfully done, thank you! ♥ (And of course, I can't wait to read the rest, and see them reunited at once!!! :P)
