Sure. I am barely functional in Photoshop--only enough to be ridiculous--but I also operate under the assumption that silly is good, so... *shrugs* Anyway, if you want it done realistically, I'm probably not the best choice. But if you want a silly hat and maybe a little wreath in its beak, I could do that.
Though I'm not allowed to do it until I meet a deadline tomorrow anyway. So just let me know. :D
