It's so thoughtful of you to tell me all of the different things you liked about it. Hearing that you like this older Draco means a lot to me. I adore him like this, all self-obsessed, superior and self-serving. But with just a kernel of tenderness that he very much wants to keep locked away. I'm dying to have Al crack him open a little more. *rubs hands with glee*
I'm really glad you liked the descriptions of the clothes! It was raitala who started that off, she suggested Al be wearing something very severe with a high collar and then the whole mood of the fic took off from there. It's funny how a little detail like that can be a hook to hang the rest of the fic on. It was great fun thinking about what the younger crowd would be wearing 25 years after Harry is at Hogwarts. I probably shouldn't say too much, but *whisper* if we're lucky, we're going to get some art of this. I'm almost as excited about the clothes as about seeing Albus and Scorpius and the rest \o/

I think it's the first time I read a Draco/AS fic where I don't even have a hint of regret for him not having anything to do with Harry.
I think I take this as the highest compliment, because as a diehard H/D shipper myself, I know what it means for you to say that, LOL!
