Yeah, I find that it's a lot easier to rec fics with text samples than just babbling about why I like it - it gets the point across better, and in the writer's own words. :P Also, putting quotes just helps me remember distinctions between fics that share a general premise, because I can be kind of bad about that sometimes... ^^;
