:DDD I am a little biased. But the film of HBP does portray Draco in his wonderful imperfection I think. He is shown as a vicious git but also a scared child. JKR blames Tom Felton for ALL the Draco lovers in the world (she cannot conceive of anyone liking the character for any other reason than fancying Tom F!)
