Come and blether about Fantastic Beasts

I am still reeling from Tom Felton's tweet which slipped by us all, two days before the news about the films were announced. Here it is again:

The sneaky little Slytherin! Tagging it with #ifonly like that made it look as if he was just saying "Ah, if only there could be another HP film." But he meant (I think) "There IS a new HP film and IF ONLY I COULD BE IN IT" :-O
Surely they will take him up on this? Surely? DON'T BURST MY BUBBLE, NOW. I do adore Tom F and if he were to pop up as a Malfoy ancestor, even for a second, I would be soooo thrilled. Which got me to thinking - they could have LOADS of the HP cast appear and do fabulous cameos as their own ancestors. This would be truly lovely. Can you imagine watching the film and suddenly a Weasley pops up in 20s gear and it's Rupert Grint? HAH!

So, do you think it's going to be a stellar cast kind of thing as in the previous series, or is it going to be more of a sort of made for TV affair? *bites nails* And America. Hmm. Will it be mostly in America, or just a bit in America, or.... (I am trying to be open to new experiences, but am unsure how to feel about American HP...)
Anyway, we need to decide on a cast quite quickly, I think, just so we can tell JKR and then she can bear these actors in mind while writing :DD
I thought Colin Morgan for Newt. I know he's a little older but he's too beautiful not to use, really. Look, here he is all roaring 20s ready for his audition:

(More 1920s Colin here)
Then we need a dashing and dastardly rival. We'd better have someone blond, just because, erm, well, it looks nice in the fanart, doesn't it? :DD

I believe he is called Jeremy Dufour.
He looks good in period clothes:

and out of them:

This above one is PURELY FOR INFORMATION in case there needs to be scene where he and Newt roll around in some mud in an antagonistic way, then have to bathe together and then lie around on a bed. To get dry.
WHAT? IT COULD HAPPEN.
Finally we need some old Malfoys and people:

and oh, I suppose we have to have some beasts as well. They can all be played by the wonderfully odd Evanna Lynch who claims to want to be a Crumple-horned Snorcack in the new film.

So. That's sorted, yes? Or did I get it all wrong? Come and tell me all of the things.
