I agree with you that Kudos is a useful tool and I've used it myself if I didn't have time / much to say. It does lead to further paranoia though. The stats! I must leave them alone! I want to work out ratios and start comparing with other fics that I think are better than mine, to see how they shape up. It's madness, sheer madness :DD
