I can see the argument for Gyffindor, but it doesn't really feel right to me. Most people are picking up on the bravery, but I didn't really see it as a brave choice, he was more railroaded into it by Scorp. Yes, it's what he wanted, but the pressure to decide whether to go for it or not was taken off him, for the most part.
