I can see him being a Hufflepuff with some aspects of a Gryffindor, or a Gryffindor with plenty of Hufflepuff traits.
This is so interesting that a lot of people are saying this. I agree, how does the Hat choose, when most people are such complex mixtures? I read once that it's what the person themselves values, which is why Hermione goes to Gryffindor instead of Ravenclaw... but I don't know.
