shiftylinguini on your birthday. Oh my word, isn’t it a joy to have you around the place? You bring amazing fandom enthusiasm, pretty boys with stunning noses, and monster veiny cocks. I thought *my* comments were excitable until I saw yours. Forever glad that you delurked. ♥
I’m sorry this is a puny thing, but I hope you enjoy. There are 8 drabbles in this set but I shall be posting in installments, totally not because I am still fiddling with the later ones. Have a wonderful day. I've been counting on my fingers for a while and I'm pretty sure it's your birthday now, even if you're asleep :D
Many thanks to lovely
lumosed_quill for the speedy help!
Merlin, how delicious. Potter’s youngest, sorted into Slytherin with his whole family there to watch. And to think I expected this evening to be dull.
To give him credit, Potter claps gamely, exchanging smiles with his Weasley wife and trying to look as though he’s not gritting his teeth. The boy even looks like his father, all messy hair and astonished green eyes as he joins Scorpius and the others at the Slytherin table.
When Potter looks round, I catch his eye and raise a glass of mead, barely bothering to hide my smirk. Life is so fucking amusing sometimes.
2)
I do so enjoy seeing Scorpius off to Hogwarts. There’s a delightful nostalgia about it: the rich scarlet of the Express, owls hooting softly, steam curling around us.
I can’t deny it’s a treat to see Weasley’s gut grow a little larger every year, as well.
I feel eyes upon me as I smooth my robes down over my own trim waist. Potter’s boy, the dark-haired one, stands apart from his family, watching. As I raise an eyebrow, he fumbles with his broom and shakes his fringe down over his face.
Well, well. That’s interesting. I do believe he’s blushing.
