I can't resist sharing this banner to let you know what capitu and I are planning for the run up to Valentine's Day....

It's a chance to tell the world why you love your favourite Harry Potter characters, and you can do it in whatever form you want: messages, love letters, poetry, fics, ficlets, drabbles, art, podfic, meta; anything and everything is welcome at this laidback comment fest.

So, for instance, if you're feeling a lot of love for Ron this week, you could post saying how you've always liked a man with a freckly arse. You could draw a sketch of Ron doing his bad-ass Auror thing. You could write a drabble featuring Ron just being Ron, a kinky PWP, or a 100k Gen rated kid!fic. You could dress up as Ron and post a photo. Sculpt your interpretation of Ron's face in mashed potato. Or eat a bacon sandwich in his honour and then compose a haiku about how delicious it was. :D Just have fun with it.

Contributions can be any character, any genre, any ship, any rating, or gen, and you can make as many posts as you like. Just let your love for the characters shine out. If you feel inspired, please feel free to get writing / drawing / plotting / dreaming / mashing potatoes. There'll be banners to grab for promoting the fest and info about posting coming up on Friday, but if you have any questions before the fest begins, please go ahead and ask and I will make something up.
